Camp has relationships with local vendors to service your event with party rentals, live music, food trucks, catering, and more. We even offer a dedicated concierge to help coordinate your event details!

Our concierge service provides local knowledge and event planning support. Take advantage of our existing relationships with local vendors to assist

in coordinating your perfect experience.

Upon adding this service to your reservation, our team will schedule a personalized intake call to identify the scope of your needs. Next, your concierge will assist with recommendations, third-party vendor coordination and generally serve as your local partner. Logistics may include, but not be limited to the following:

Equipment rentals, such as chairs, tables and tents.
Food trucks and personal chefs.
Live music.
Flowers and decor.
Add-ons like photo booths, karaoke machines and mobile bars

Please note: This does not include day-of coordination. Additional vendor fees will be passed through to client at cost. Concierge fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
